Planning your delivery and returns information

Decide your delivery coverage, fees, and returns rules once โ€” then publish them everywhere customers look.

Decide your coverage deliberately

Start with the areas you can serve well. Many Jordanian stores launch with Amman and Zarqa only, then add Irbid, Aqaba, and the other governorates as volume grows. Serving three areas reliably builds more trust than promising twelve and missing them.

Set fees customers can predict

Flat fees convert better than surprises. A simple structure โ€” for example 2 JOD inside Amman, 3 JOD to other governorates โ€” lets customers calculate their total before checkout. If a courier charges you differently by area, average it out rather than passing complexity to the customer.

Write returns rules you can actually honor

State what can be returned (unused, in original packaging), within how many days, who pays the return delivery, and how the refund reaches the customer โ€” especially for COD orders, where the refund usually means a wallet transfer or CliQ payment rather than a card reversal.

Your next step

Information customers need before placing an order

Unclear information creates abandoned carts and support chats. Publish these answers where customers can find them.
