Who this guide is for

Merchants planning their first structured seasonal campaign.

Goal

Run the season as a planned campaign instead of a stressful improvisation.

1. Set one objective

Clear old stock, grow the customer list, or lift average order value โ€” pick one. A campaign with three objectives usually achieves none.

2. Plan the offer

Bundles and free-delivery thresholds usually outperform straight discounts for Jordanian seasonal peaks, because they raise order value instead of cutting margin. Whatever you choose, calculate the margin at campaign prices before announcing them.

3. Prepare content early

Photos, captions in Arabic and English, and announcement dates โ€” finished at least one week before the season starts. The week of Ramadan is for selling, not for shooting products.

4. Operational readiness

Seasonal peaks break stores at the operational level, not the marketing level. Confirm stock depth for promoted products, extend your confirmation routine for higher volume, and agree delivery capacity with your courier before the campaign โ€” during it is too late.

5. Post-campaign review

Within one week of the end, record: orders, return rate, best sellers, stockouts, and one lesson for next season. This page becomes your most valuable planning document next year.
